The new customer relationship management programme will handle all post sales and customer service communications for Escape, the 200 acre equestrian residential community currently under development in Ajman.

Based in Vancouver, Canada, Lasso Data Systems is a leading developer and marketer of 'on-demand' Customer Relationship Management software for the real estate industry, and the agreement with EMS marks the company's first client in the GCC region.

Lasso helps real estate developers and sales agencies sell their projects faster and easier with controlled sales velocity. The company's software manages home buyers online from interest list, to occupancy including sales, inventory, and contract management.

Escape is located off the Emirates Highway, on the Sharjah - Ajman border, and construction of the Villas at Escape is set to begin at the end of this year. The projects expected completion date is in December 2010.
