Zulal is the sixth neighbourhood of EMAAR's rental Lakes community, and features 306 premium quality villas built for leasing. The project's first phase of 114 townhouses is expected to be complete by March 2003 whereas the remaining two phases are scheduled for completion in May and July 2003 respectively. Facilities include two community parks with swimming pools and playgrounds, in addition to landscaped streets.
Archon and Arabtech have been contracted for the design and construction of the villas.
