The Wave, Muscat strengthens support to purchasers via Customer Service Teams

As residents begin to make themselves at home in their new properties at The Wave, Muscat the growth of the Customer Service Team continues in order to ensure support and quality service is provided to all customers whatever stage of the purchasing process they are in.

From instructing on operating household appliances to reaching out to a home maintenance agent, the customer service team assigned to the particular house shall take all possible measures to make sure the family feels comfortable in their new home,"

An array of customer focused service functions will see teams of trained professionals working on behalf of the customer. The teams range from one point of contact from reservation through to completion of their home, to the post completion team who are dedicated to resolving any concerns the customer may have upon completion of their home and for a full 12 months after legal completion.

The Customer Service Team has many functions ranging from ensuring invoicing and payment queries are addressed to facilitating the selection process of customer choices and upgrades. First sighting visits to the customers new home are also arranged. The department arranges and executes the handover of the property along with the home demonstration where the different functions of the customer's particular home are shown to them.

The Post Completion Team are available for emergencies 24 hours a day and also carry out vital final quality control inspections. The home is inspected by the team on behalf of the customer and the final sign off of the home is only executed once the customer service team is satisfied that the quality is to the high standards specified by The Wave, Muscat and in line with international standards.

In a bid to forge closer ties with its residents The Wave, Muscat will soon unveil a Facility Management Department which shall manage services to residents with optimal maintenance packages with varied subscription levels.

The Wave, Muscat, is being developed through a joint venture comprising Oman's Waterfront Investments (representing the Government of the Sultanate of Oman), National Investment funds Company (representing the Omani Pension Funds), and the UAE-based Majid Al Futtaim Group.
