- PRESS RELEASE
Bahrain National Holding Company (BNH) celebrated recently the official launch of one of its associates, Gulf Insurance Institute (GII) which is geared towards graduating Insurance specialists in Bahrain; this comes as part of BNH's strategy to benefit the society and the Insurance industry as whole.
The score is set on job evaluation for each employee based on the roles and responsibilities that are benchmarked with similar jobs around the world; this would ensure that the employee is remunerated fairly based on a benchmark with the employment market and with international standards. After all, investing in the development of BNH - and its subsidiaries - employees is of great essence as this contributes positively to the company's performance.
Through the GII, and other training institutes, awareness will be generated towards the need for insurance qualified individuals. The GII has also launched recently an internet-based learning portal (E-learning) for its students and members.
This exclusive portal, and also the most advanced in the Kingdom, offers supplemental educational resources such as reading materials, assignments and quizzes. In addition, the portal allows for peer-to-peer interaction through online forums and communicating with lecturers through a messaging service.
