"Our congratulations to the Middle East finalists for showing the best skills in providing informed service to our customers."said Chris Noel, Ford Middle East's director of Customer Service.
"The Service Excellence Cup is a great opportunity not only to get our dealer service teams to compete for the title, but also to ensure they all have the best skills in the industry across the Middle East. We commend their dedication to providing increasing levels of customer satisfaction and to advancing their own skills and knowledge of the business."
In its second year, the Ford Service Excellence challenge is an incentive to help sharpen the skills of service advisors and technicians in serving their customers and reaching higher levels of satisfaction.
The regional finalists initially demonstrated their skills at the dealership level, and advanced to the regional contest to compete among the best of the Ford dealerships in the Middle East.
Technicians faced rigorous "hands on" challenges involving diagnosis and correction of actual vehicles, and service advisors competed based on their customer-friendly interaction to identify the customer's service needs and accurately complete service reports.
