Morgan Stanley, Goldman 'advising' Dubai on bailout

Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are among the group of global banks speaking to the governments of Dubai and Abu Dhabi about the restructuring of Dubai's financial services industry, the London-based Times has reported. Swiss lenders UBS and Credit Suisse are also consulting with the governments on plans to merge mortgage lenders into a newly created development bank, the newspaper reported.
