Batelco signs agreement with Khaleeji Commercial Bank for SimSim on-line refill

Batelco, Bahrain Telecommunications Company and Khaleeji Commercial Bank (KHCB) have signed an agreement to offer KHCB customers online facilities to refill their Batelco SimSim accounts.

The new agreement means KHCB customers can refill their SimSim accounts and pay their bills from the comfort of their home or office, or even while travelling overseas - by selecting one of the three available methods:
1. Online banking site
2. SMS service
3. Bank's ATM Network

Additionally, the new agreement will also enable the Bank's customers to pay their telephone and internet bills through the bank's online site.

Batelco Acting Head of Procurement & Logistics Nasreen Noor, KHCB Head of Branches Thawra E. Al Dhaen, and KHCB Head of Distribution Channels Ahmed Seyadi signed the agreement at KHCB's premises in Bahrain Financial Harbour, in the presence of a number of Batelco and KHCB management.

"Batelco is very pleased to enter into this new agreement with KHCB," said Batelco Media and Government Relations General Manager Ahmed Al Janahi.

"We are committed to adding convenience to the everyday banking needs of our customers, and we are positive that this new affiliation with Batelco will broaden the scope of services we offer our clients. Proactively and continuously providing our customers added lifestyle benefits is one of our main focuses and we feel that this partnership with Batelco is a strong step in the right direction,"
he added

Batelco and KHCB, as part of their customer care commitment, continually assess the needs and requirements of their consumer and business customers and regularly introduce new products and services that meet international standards.
