At a recent meeting held at Nissan Motor Company in Japan, Carlos Ghosn, CEO of Nissan and Renault identified Arabian Automobiles as one of the top five dealers in Nissan's 'Global Overseas Markets' which encompasses every country outside of North America, Europe and China. Ghosn, widely recognised as one of the world's most charismatic and focussed CEOs was on hand to reinforce Nissan's customer first approach.

Celebrating 40 years in business this year, Arabian Automobiles has built a loyal customer base thanks to numerous Nissan internal metrics awards such as being 10 times winner of the WAPC (World After sales Progress Club) and winner of the company's NISTEC (Nissan International Service Technical Contest) competition for the last 5 years. The service team has over 250 Nissan trained and certified technicians. Arabian Automobiles is the only dealer in Dubai with DSES (Dubai Service Excellence Scheme) membership and has been ISO 9001 certified since 1998. Arabian Automobiles is also particularly proud of its one day appointment lead time for customers wishing to have their vehicle serviced.

Upon receiving the accolade & recognition, Mr. Abdul Wahid Al Rostamani, Chairman of AWRostamani Group (which holds Arabian Automobiles) commented, "We are justifiably proud that one of our Group's companies is achieving such recognition for delivering outstanding customer service and I see Arabian Automobiles going from strength to strength."

Michel Ayat, CEO at Arabian Automobiles confirmed the company's substantial growth and forward investment plans. "Whilst being prudent in the current economic conditions we are still forging ahead with our plans," he said. "Our company has made significant investments in infrastructure with the introduction of a second showroom in Sharjah and two new showrooms that will open shortly in Dibba and Fujairah. We have approved another investment plan of AED One Billion which will be deployed over the next 3 years to add two sophisticated Infinti brand showrooms in Dubai and Sharjah plus 3 million sq. ft of warehousing and workshop facilities in Dubai Industrial City."
