Lloyds TSB Middle East unveil opportunities for UAE Nationals at Dubai Men's College Career Fair

Lloyds TSB Middle East recently won a prestigious award recognising the success of the bank's Emiratisation programmes and ongoing commitment to developing the talent of young UAE Nationals. The programme includes a dedicated Undergraduate Development Programme (UDP) designed to develop the next generation of Emirati banking professionals and a hugely successful Management Trainee programme for UAE National graduates. The programme aims to cater for various education levels.

The Lloyds TSB Middle East stand will be hosted by AbdulRahman Saqr, Head of Emiratisation and Mohammed Almarzouqi, Localisation Manager who will offer career counseling and guidance to UAE nationals seeking a position with the company.

UAE Nationals will also be able to get a real 'insider view' on the Management Trainee programme as current Management Trainees will also be at the Careers Fair to answer questions, share their experiences and give advice.

At the Lloyds TSB Middle East stand candidates can choose to have preliminary, on-the-spot interviews for roles that they are interested in. Alternatively, they have the opportunity to secure interview dates for particular roles at a later date.
