This agreement comes as a result of the partnership between Saraya Aqaba and Nikki Beach Hotels & Resorts that was announced in May 2008. Nikki Beach Resort and Spa at Saraya Aqaba will entail hotel rooms, hotel suites, and residential components as envisioned by Nikki Beach developers of the boutique hotel concept and life full of sheer luxury. The resort will also offer a wide range of dining facilities and restaurants, beach club and outdoor pool, Spa and fitness facilities, business center with meeting rooms, as well as retail shops.
Mr. "Shadi Ramzi" Al Majali, Saraya Aqaba General Manager, said:

Hakam Bitar, Managing Director of the Buildings Department for ATJ, stated: "Saraya Aqaba is one of the most prestigious destinations in the Middle East and we are delighted to be the consultants for Nikki Beach Hotels and Resorts in their first prominent tourism and hospitality project in Jordan. We are currently in the design phase and construction should commence shortly."
Saraya Aqaba is the flagship project of Saraya Holdings that was announced in the World Economic Forum in the Dead Sea in 2005, it was established in 2006, located in the heart of Aqaba on the magnificent shores of the Gulf of Aqaba, Red Sea with a total area of 634,000 m2. Saraya Aqaba is a luxurious mixed use destination that will consist of 755 units total, divided among Grand Villas, Villas, Townhouses, Apartments, Lofts, Beach Club Duplexes, five 5 star hotels and 2 boutique hotels.
