The Wave, Muscat awarded ISO 9001:2008 certification for customer service

The Wave, Muscat has been accorded the ISO 9001:2008 certification for excellence in customer service making the company the first property developer in Oman, to win ISO accreditation for adherence to high quality management systems in customer services.

The Lead Auditor stated, "The company has a well documented Quality Management System in place that addresses the new standard ISO 9001:2008. The processes used by the Pre and Post Completion teams in the Customer Service Department at The Wave, Muscat are used to deliver a unique experience to the customer."

A truly dedicated experience is put into place from a committed team, who continue to service the customer's needs for a year after they move into their luxury home. The customer service team ensures that the customer is kept informed at every stage in the development of their property, from the choice of fittings, to the reviewing of the bare shell of the building and finally checking the final build quality and finish prior to the owner taking over the property.

Mr. Occomore, Senior Customer Service Manager from The Wave, Muscat received the ISO 9001:2008 certification from Mr Anderson of Eagle Certification Ltd the international certification body that benchmarks the effectiveness of the management processes and procedures of companies against standards set by the International Standard Organization.

Highlighting the company's commitment to quality practices, The Wave, Muscat has secured several awards for its development expertise, locally and internationally. At the recently held CNBC Arabian Property Awards The Wave, Muscat won two five star awards in the categories of Best Marina Development and Best Architecture together with four four-star awards. The architecture award was the best of the best in its category and The Wave, Muscat won a certification at an international awards held in Florida USA last month.

This is the second successive year that The Wave, Muscat has received awards in the category of Best Development, Best Website Design, Best Interior Design and Best Golf Course Design.

The fact that The Wave, Muscat has earned these coveted awards two years in succession is indeed proof that the company can not only compete but also triumph within the highly competitive Arabian property arena.

The robust performance of the development has been backed by its dedicated commitment to quality and delivery. The Wave, Muscat has held successful sales launches over the past two years, it has a fully established internal sales and customer service team which are able to cater to the needs of potential as well as existing home owners. The Facilities Management Teams are also in place and will take over from the Customer Service Team 12 months post handover.

The Wave, Muscat, Oman's premier freehold integrated tourism development also recently announced that registrations are now open for the purchase of apartments within the Lasail East and West and Lasail Marina sectors, as well as beach park villas within Sector 5. Registrations close on November 28th.
