The agreement provides for the implementation, supply, and installation of all the windows of villas and service facilities for the first phase of Al Andulucia which will be built on the Airport road. This project consists of 600 villas, and considered the best concepts served in gated communities around the world. The same service will be provided for the Red Sea Resort villas. The project will be built on the southern shores of the portal city of Aqaba and consists of 260 villas and hosts an array of high-end services such as a spa, a fully equipped health club, swimming pools, and entertainment outlets. The Gardens villas which will be built in Zarqa at King Abdullah Bin Abdel Aziz city, consisting of 453 villas with all its recreational facilities, will be receiving the same services.
Mr. Hani Rab'e said:

They also have sustainability of high resistance to water and humidity. Further more, they have a high resistance to shocks, wind, and extreme weather conditions. This agreement will be implemented within our policy to provide the latest, best finishing, and good techniques used in the construction projects."
"We will be adding PVC windows for our projects a later stages. These windows will be provided by our Madarioun Factories, which are subsidiaries of TJH. Productions for this purpose will commence at the first quarter of next year," he added.
From his end, Mr. Sameeh Jeweihan said: "Windows are manufactured within the highest global criteria. We equip our plants with the latest German equipment, technology, and high quality raw materials."
