'Onboard Services Magazine' awards Kuwait Airways Corporation

On January 14, 2002 Kuwait Airways Corporation was awarded at Orlando, Florida by the publishers of Onboard Services Magazine.
Kuwait Airways ranked first in 'Amenities - category' for its product 'Airogym', featured in the written brochure 'Airogym'. 'Airogym' is a foot-exercise product which is distributed to all Kuwait Airways passengers on long haul flights. Kuwait Airways also ranked first in the 'Food Service - Category'; the brochure 'Dining in the sky' showcased the new selections of menu onboard which includes Italian, French and English meals, besides Kuwaiti and Arab meals. Another first place taken by Kuwait Airways was for its brochure on 'Customer Care' in the 'category -In flight/Onboard Service'. This brochure highlighted the service extended to minors, passengers with special needs, and the opportunity to be celebrated on important occasions like birthdays, anniversaries etc.
Kuwait Airways also received the Publishers Award for 'Category -overall' for the brochure 'Surpassing Customer Expectations', which described the various customer services passengers enjoy onboard our aircraft.
Kuwait Airways brochure on First Class and Business Class headsets in the category - Onboard entertainment, and the brochure on 'Safety Demonstration Film' in the category -In flight/Onboard Safety took the second place. Further the brochure on 'Economy Class Comfort Sets' in the category -amenities was awarded the third position.
This is KAC's first participation in the Onboard Services Award competition and Kuwait Airways is proud of its achievement.
Mr. Adel Boresly - KAC Director of Public Relations and Information, Mr. Faisal Al-Zaid - Regional Director for Americas and Mr. Mazin Al-Adsani from the Ground Handling represented Kuwait Airways at the awards ceremony.
Speaking to the media, Mr. Adel Boresly said 'Kuwait Airways enjoys serving our passengers with diverse products and services onboard, be it in dining in the sky, entertainment, health or comfort, always believing in the comfort and well-being of our passengers'.
