Taj Palace Hotel recently appointed Michael Kasch as Director of Food & Beverage. Kasch returns to the UAE after a 2 year gap since working for a 5 star Hotel in Dubai.
Bold and unconventional, Kasch intends to bring more innovation and more emphasis on hospitality at the Taj Palace Hotel. "All our restaurants serve authentic food," he elaborated. "Our service staff are highly qualified. So from a service point of view, I'd say that the Taj Palace Hotel ranks right up there with some of the best hotels in the region. For the future, I'd like to add a more fun element to the hotel. You'll just have to wait and see what our plans are," he concluded mysteriously.
