As a member of SME, Ghenej will be supported financially and morally by SME and Noor Islamic Bank.

Mr. Abdul Baset Al Janahi, CEO of Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for Young Business Leaders said:
"Ghenej is one of the most distinguished local companies in the jewelry design sector and we are thrilled to have them as a new member."

Al Janahi said that the establishment only adopts pilot projects after a thorough study of the project and an assessment of its strengths that distinguish it from other projects. To enjoy the support of the establishment the idea should be innovative and unconventional, as to assist in the UAE's economic development.

Ms. Muna Al Hadad the owner of the project thanked the establishment for their support and for providing her with the moral backup she needed to start her own business and achieve her dream. She also added: "what distinguishes my project is the innovative design of my jewelry; they are inspired by Arabic calligraphy and include poetry lines."

Mr. Hussain Al Qemzi, Group CEO, Noor Islamic Bank said:
"Noor Islamic Bank, as a strategic partner with Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for Young Business Leaders, is the only bank in UAE providing financial solutions to green field companies with good potential and that require initial capital to start operations. "Noor Islamic Bank provided initial capital to Ms Muna Al Hadad on terms and conditions that suit a green field company i.e. competitive pricing, no installment for first year etc. We at Noor Islamic Bank believe in the support of SMEs for the economic growth and stability of U.A.E." concluded Mr. Al Qamzi.

Ms. Al Hadad already has several agreements with jewelry outlets such as Damas, to display her products. Al Hadad is targeting Emirati and Arab females between 15- 35 years old.
