Dubai Chamber sponsors young business leaders for Dubai-Hamburg Business Forum 2008

Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry is sponsoring three Dubai-based owners of SMEs from the Mohammed bin Rashid Establishment for Young Business Leaders to join the Dubai delegation headed to Hamburg during the Dubai-Hamburg Business Forum 2008 being held in the strategic German city on December 18-19.

The sponsorship comes as part of Dubai Chamber's strategy to support business growth and promotion in Dubai and in accordance with its social responsibility towards the community. The three business people including Dr Amina Hussain Al Amiri, Naser Salem Mohammed Al Ali and Walid Al Zarooni belong to the healthcare, banking and real estate sectors and have managed to carve a niche for themselves in their areas of operation.

The team members will get the opportunity to communicate with German businessmen, build trade relations with them and benefit from German expertise and capabilities that will be widely available during the forum which they can use to support their own work.

According to the Director General of Dubai Chamber, HE Eng Hamad Buamim, this sponsorship comes as part of the Chamber's strategy in promoting young business leaders.

Buamim said:
"We want these enterprising youngsters from the Mohammed bin Rashid Establishment for Young Business Leaders to get good exposure in the business world and the Dubai Hamburg Business Forum 2008 offers an excellent platform for them to network and meet business leaders from Hamburg and other German cities and explore the possibilities of business growth in their chosen line of business or to look out for new business alliances and options."


He added, "These young people are future business leaders of Dubai and have to play a key role in supporting the economic renaissance of the emirate thus supporting them is one of the main objectives of Dubai Chamber."
