The company also organised an orientation programme to advise all home owners on the handover process ahead of the scheduled delivery.

The orientation programme was aimed at updating customers with the final documentation procedure for their respective properties, including facilities management contract and amenities at the tower. The programme took place on Saturday, November 29, at the Grand Hyatt hotel in the presence of senior Deyaar executives.

The customer orientation programme and scheduled handover of the 39-storey residential tower continues Deyaar's impressive track record and strong commitment towards customer service excellence and timely delivery. The project is the latest in the line of high-quality projects completed by Deyaar in the past few years.
