Linked to the worldwide American Express web site, the Amex (Saudi Arabia) web site is the first Arabic web site for American Express and provides the Saudi Arabian customers with access to a wealth of American Express Card information, Cardmember offers and balance enquiry functions.
"The launch of the first American Express web site in Arabic represents a further milestone in the growth of Amex (Saudi Arabia) Limited in the Kingdom. We consider the need to provide a dual language web site to be critical to providing a high quality service to our Cardmembers and Merchants", said Mazin Khoury, Chief Executive Officer, Amex (Saudi Arabia) Limited.
"We intend to use the internet to provide current and potential Cardmembers and Merchants with access to information on all our card products, including the recent launch of the new Blue Card. Importantly, we see this launch as a starting point towards using the internet to continue to provide a world-class level of service and encourage our customers to shop and communicate with us securely", continued Mazin Khoury.
