GDS secures Dhs6.1m contract to supply LV switchboards for Emicool plant

Under the agreement, GDS will also supervise the installation, testing and commissioning of the panel boards supplied to the Emicool plant, which is located in Dubai Investment Park. Emicool is one of the leading District Cooling service providers in the UAE involved in the supply of chilled water for residential, commercial and industrial applications.

Faruk Mohamed Khair, Chief Executive Officer of Gulf Dynamic Switchgear, said:

Established in 1981, GDS designs and manufactures a comprehensive range of specialised electrical products that are used throughout the Middle East in the government and private sectors. In the UAE, GDS has completed several prestigious projects, including the Dubai Courts building, The British Bank Head Office, Burjuman Centre, the Head Offices for National Bank of Abu Dhabi and the Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Rose Rotana Tower, Al Hamra Village and the Textile City in Al Aweer.
