Nuetel Communications launches 24/7 help desk

Nuetel Communications the Kingdom's first triple play services provider launched a 24/7 help desk support in its NOC (Networking Operating Centre) in Amwaj Islands.

The help desk will help improve customer service levels and have a greater number of interactions with the customer, the company provides round-the-clock help desk services, which may include queries related to any technical problems, faults and queries.

"Immediate assistance and technical support are always available through the toll-free Help Desk on 800 Amwaj. Customer can reach a trained agent who is capable of responding to client needs of any type, at any time and act with self reliance, make decisions with minimum supervision."

Said Mahmood Hashimi, Chief Commercial Officer, Nuetel Communications.

The Nuetel help desk is managed by Nuetel's strategic partner BT (British Telecom) and will act as the customer's first point of contact with Nuetel on technical problems, queries and as fault reception point, they will manage fault progression through to satisfactory resolution.
