Through some of the world's most iconic females including Madonna, Shakira, Marilyn Monroe and Myriam fares, hair care experts Sunsilk hope to inspire girls around the world to seize opportunities and live life to the fullest with the debut of their 'Life Can't Wait' campaign in the Middle East.

The campaign showcases Myriam whose life-defining moments were a result of courageous behavior, inspired by discovering herself, and her always-evolving style.

"We're excited to unveil the 'Life Can't Wait' campaign that features a truly inspirational icon to girls of all ages across the Middle East,"

said Priya Sarma, Corporate Communications Manager, Unilever, North Africa & Middle East.

"Myriam is celebrated not only for realizing her talents and accomplishments, but also for having the confidence to go after what she wants, in her professional life as well as her appearance. Our hope is to inspire a new generation of girls to likewise follow their dreams."

Despite her young age, Myriam has already proven herself and her singing talents in the music scene, becoming one of the most solicited artists in the Middle East. Her repertoire includes a rich variety of classic and modern songs, a remarkable voice and the capacity to move and dance on stage to give the most dynamic performances.

Sunsilk is not only sharing the story of Myriam, but is also looking to hear the inspirational stories of girls around the world, who each in their own right also have their 'Life Can't Wait' moment, an example of living life with spontaneity, courage and without regret, helping to create a global network of girls who are making life happen and inspiring each other in the process.

Sunsilk is encouraging girls across the Arab world to visit lifecantwait.com and post their 'Life Can't Wait' moments. The group of ten winners chosen to have the most inspiring moments will be invited to spend one day with Myriam and one will have the chance to become the new Sunsilk icon for the Arab world.

"This contest gives girls in the Arab world the chance to be part of a global here-and-now movement," said Sarma. "It gives them the opportunity to have their voice heard around the world while sharing with girls everywhere stories which are personally-relevant to them."
