Business Excellence Center to set up integrated management system for Nakheel Customer Service

Business Excellence Center (BEC), the consultancy arm of Dubai World, has signed an agreement with Nakheel Customer Service to provide consultancy and support for the implementation of an integrated management system that adheres to the highest international operating standards and combines theoretical and practical vision.

The agreement, signed by Ms. Samira Shaloh, Head of Business Excellence Center, and Mr. Graham Burne, General Manager, Nakheel Customer Service, aims at helping the master developer's customer service department achieve higher levels of corporate excellence within a modern working environment through the use of advanced management tools.

Under the agreement, which is to be implemented over the next few months, Business Excellence Center will provide a group of services to Nakheel Customer Service that would enhance institutional excellence.

These will mainly be in the form of advanced criteria for setting up a transparent customer relation structure that enables the staff to achieve higher performance levels.

"Business Excellence Center is proud to provide consultancy services to Dubai World companies to help them achieve higher operational excellence. We are happy to work with Nakheel Customer Service and provide them with services that adhere to the highest international standards."

Ms. Shaloh said.

She noted that the benefits of this agreement will be reflected in the quality of operations once it is fully implemented over the next months.

"We are confident that it will help the staff of Nakheel Customer Service to perform better," she said.

Business Excellence Center provides assistance to Dubai World subsidiaries in their continuous efforts towards realising higher operational quality through practicing Business Process Excellence.

This is in line with the strategic consultation provider's core work area. BEC seeks to provide measurable, cost-saving revenue enhancement procedures and improve the Excellence Score through changes.

Its services include, among others, strategic planning and development of performance management systems and scorecards.
