Hotel JAL Fujairah Resort & Spa secures new General Manager

First joining JAL Hotels in June 2006 as Assistant General Manager at the Fujairah property, Christian Rainalter brings with him more than 18 illustrious years of experience in the hotel industry, including previous experiences as Operations Manager and Food and Beverages Manager at the Hilton Dubai Creek, as well as other F&B focused positions at the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah, London Hilton and Hong Kong Hilton.

As General Manager of the Hotel JAL Fujairah Resort & Spa, Rainalter will be responsible for establishing the picturesque leisure and meetings resort as the region's premier gourmet getaway destination.

Says Rainalter, 'It is a great honour to be a part of such an innovative organisation where the details to service and customer needs remain central to the group's success and future objectives. Rainalter is an Austrian national, brought up and educated in Italy, with formal hotel training at the Swiss Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne. Having spent his whole professional life working himself up from within the hotel industry he understands through personal experience the work and labour requirements of each position and therefore able to appreciate the demands required from each member of his team to reach and exceed their full potential and the high standards set by JAL Hotels for the Fujairah property.
