Thai Chef Seri has prepared a whole rainbow of dishes that highlight the great and diverse cuisines of Thailand.

Asia Live!'s Specialty Chef Seri Alkkhason, joined the Doha Marriott Family a couple of months ago.

He is originally from Thailand and brings great experiences to Doha Marriott's Culinary Team.

He learned how to cook traditional Thai food in his home country and broaden his skills in Abu Dhabi where he worked for the past five years.

Chef Seri loves to give the traditional food items and cooking methods an international touch and to surprise his guests with different taste innovations.

His personal favorite dish is also a Thai dish, 'Thai Rice Noodles with prawn, chicken and vegetables', and he is much exited to abduct all food lovers in the very special Thai World during this years Thai Food Festival.
