Commenting on the announcement, Mr. Yaser Abdulqader Saeed, Assistant General Manager of Tradex and one of the masterminds behind the "strategic brainstorming" that led to the re-naming, said:
"This change is a perfect opportunity to examine the way we see ourselves in this particular market. To make it clear to the public that we will continue in this business domain of selling cars from different brands through Sharia-compliant transactions, but with a new, more modern-looking corporate identity."
Launched in 2001, the showroom has over the years gained a solid reputation in Bahrain for selling a wide range of cars targeting different customers, while offering personalized customer service meeting clients' needs and individual expectations. The new corporate identity under the Tradex name will contribute to emphasizing the showroom's positioning as a confirmed destination for all local car buyers from different backgrounds looking for Islamic transactions, good deals and friendly personal attention in buying the car of their choice and within their budget.
The corporate blue and yellow colors of the Tradex logo were carefully chosen in order to reflect the steadiness and warmth of the relationships between the showroom team and clients. The circular shape of the letters in the logo was designed to represent the connection that has been established with the showroom business partners throughout the years, as well as the on-going close communication the team maintains with partners and clients during all the phases of purchase and beyond. The modernity of the new corporate look was designed to depict simplicity, neatness and elegance. The name Tradex was chosen to reach a broader audience, which will help distinguish the showroom among its competitors in Bahrain.
Mr. Saeed added, "We believe this new identity will bring further success to the showroom. Our loyal customers can be sure that the personalized and sophisticated service they've grown accustomed to and appreciated in the past will still be the priority in the way the Tradex team continues to do business in the future."
