DragonMart, the popular Chinese mart in Dubai, has announced a long list of activities for customers to participate during the National Day week starting 2 Dec 08.
DragonMart will also showcase traditional entertainment such as Ayala, Yolla and Kahleeji as well as the art of henna application, which will be available for customers to experience. A delectable spread of authentic Arabic food, including specialty savories and sweets will also be available for purchase at food stalls while a Majlis market will offer the best Chinese ware all through the duration of the festivities.
DragonMart will also usher in Eid-Al-Adha following National Day; combining the cultural and entertainment aspects of the two occasions.

Dubai's Dragon Mart is the convenient way to do business with China, without having to go to China. The Middle East's version of Hong Kong, it will become the gateway for Chinese products into the regional market.
Built in the shape of a huge Dragon, the 1.2km long complex has a surface area of 150,000 square meters, making it the largest Chinese commercial centre outside China.
The 150,000 square meter dragon-shaped structure has 3,950 shops engaged in the wholesale and retail trade of a variety of Chinese products including home appliances, stationery, office appliances, communication and acoustic equipments, lamps, household items, building materials, furniture, toys, machinery, garments, textiles, footwear and general merchandise.
