Viva launched its services commercially by receiving international and landline calls free of charge in Kuwait

Viva CEO Najeeb al-awadhi revealed a package of the special services to Viva's customers and during a ceremony to inaugurate the company's operational services and which was sponsored by the Amir and the Prime Minister Sheikh Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Sabah where he made the first Video call with Viva's contact center announcing the commencement of the operation of the company's services.
Al-Awadhi added during his speech the service began to receive international calls free of charge in Kuwait and also received phone calls form landlines free of charge.
Declaring that all customers with Viva will be free for the first three months. After the period of free calls all subscribers with monthly package their call will be free of charge after 5 minutes.
Al-Awadhi added the price of international calls from Viva's network to Saudi Telecom network will be at a price of a local call. Finally, Viva's prepaid subscribers " Value" will enjoy free local calls for a life time, with a mobile number of their choice. Also, what he will be paid by subscriber for "Value" at the subscription will be transferred to his balance so he can uses it in full. Al-Awadhi said that Viva is keen to provide the best services and advanced high-speed, which reaches more than 14 MB per second with competitive prices to customers.
He pointed out that the monthly subscription for Viva is the best in the market and prices of calls and messages is the least locally.
