Fifth annual Style Hong Kong set to open in Dubai

More than 200 Hong Kong companies, featuring a wide variety of consumer electronics and IT products, household goods, fashion, homewear and lingerie, as well as hotel supplies and construction materials, will be on display at Style Hong Kong Expo in Dubai through 18 December.

Organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the annual expo will coincide with the International Autumn Trade Fair, one of the largest trade fairs of its kind in the Middle East.

"Dubai is an important regional trading and distribution centre, as well as a shopping destination, much like Hong Kong is to Asia."

said Dubai-based Jeff Ambjorn, Regional Director, Middle East and Africa, for the HKTDC.

"We expect trade buyers from across the Middle East, North Africa, India, Central Asia and even Eastern Europe to attend," said Mr Ambjorn.

"From the latest electronics gadgets to smart fashion accessories and innovative gift items, Hong Kong products are well-designed and competitively priced," added Mr Ambjorn. "Buyers will find everything they need at the expo."
This year's Style Hong Kong Expo in Dubai is the fifth edition of the annual show.
