wasl to sponsor 'Eid in Dubai' festivities during 'Eid Al Adha'

wasl, the asset management group owned by Dubai Real Estate Corporation (DREC), today announced it will sponsor the upcoming 'Eid in Dubai' celebrations during the Eid Al Adha festival from 08 - 10 December.

wasl's support will extend to the traditional 'Fuwallat Al Eid', a custom that centres on welcoming guests with authentic delicacies.

Eid in Dubai, organised by Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) Office, has scheduled a line-up of spectacular events at shopping destinations around Dubai. The celebrations will also feature family oriented activities, including Arabic theatre, spectacular firework displays and live concerts by region and international music groups.

Eid in Dubai is a bi-annual event, highlighting the emirate's continuing efforts to creating a destination that reflects its multi-cultural environment whilst preserving its local and unique heritage.

Al Mutawa added, "Spectacular events such as Eid in Dubai serve as a unique tourist attraction. We anticipate public participation in large numbers, and look forward to an event that will serve as a benchmark for future events in the region."
