They continue to keep pace with market trends in Dubai and the region by introducing this new innovative and practical program based on the key elements of managing the performance of others in a challenging multi cultural environment.

Richard Jeffery, Managing Director of People Plus said
"As the region continues to change, organizations must adapt to the requirements of the new economic situation. Whereas, only a few months ago one of the tough topics for business leaders was how to attract and recruit the best talent, it is now time to create maximum output with a motivated team in order to stay ahead in what is becoming a difficult market"

This new one day in-house program facilitated by the two directors of People Plus explores how to optimize productivity from others using skills and behaviours that really motivate and inspire a group of people.

Managers and team leaders who want to better understand the realities of managing performance across cultures in a discussion based workshop will refine their approach and apply techniques that will result in enhanced teamwork and greater productivity from a workforce.

"Our clients look to the future, they want to keep ahead of the curve and one step in front of their competitors. And so we are constantly updating our interventions in order to offer the best solutions to businesses in the region. Times are getting tough and the best companies are reviewing their strategy so that they maintain market share by offering the best service supported by strong, positive teams. We offer to introduce performance management that works and delivers results despite the recent downturn."

Jeffery said.
