The Homes Overseas Awards, organised by Homes Overseas magazine offer a guide to buying a property overseas, whether as an investment or holiday home. The magazine has been one of UK's leading international property titles for over 40 years. The Homes Overseas Awards are unique in that the judges visit every short listed property or development to assess it first-hand. Only the Homes Overseas Awards does this so winning entries have an 'unrivalled seal of approval'.
Every entry for each category is assessed on its own merits, and previous winners have come from destinations as diverse as South Africa, China, Dubai and Canada. The judging panel is made up of respected professionals from across the industry, including architects, surveyors and renowned property journalists.
The Wave, Muscat, is being developed through a joint venture comprising Oman's Waterfront Investments (representing the Government of the Sultanate of Oman), National Investment funds Company (representing the Omani Pension Funds), and the UAE-based Majid Al Futtaim Group.
