The Wave, Muscat wins five prestigious international property awards

The Wave, Muscat has won top accolades at Homes Overseas Awards held in London.

Homes Overseas, one of UK's leading international property magazines, has awarded The Wave, Muscat five prestigious awards in different categories, all recognizing the remarkable contribution that The Wave, Muscat is making in changing the real estate landscape in Oman.

The awards recognize the very best developments in various categories from around the world and a "Homes Overseas Award" is recognized as a seal of approval for buyers seeking investments that offer them value and quality.

This year The Wave, Muscat won the Gold award for Best Development in the Middle East, Silver awards for Worldwide Best Luxury Development, and Worldwide Best Marina Development and, Off Plan Top Twenty award. They were also awarded the Readers Choice Award which is a fantastic achievement as it is voted for by the people who actually make the purchase decisions.

This win follows closely on the heels of the CNBC Arabian Property Awards held recently in Dubai, where The Wave, Muscat, received six awards, two five star awards in the categories of Best Marina Development and Best Architecture. The architecture award was the "best of the best" and received a certificate of excellence at the international awards held in Florida USA on November 08. For the second successive year The Wave, Muscat received awards in the category of Best Development, Best Website Design, Best Interior Design and Best Golf Course Design.
