The event was held at the Canyon ballroom in a luxurious nature with a royal theme.
Fairmont Towers' Resident Manager Renaud Gregoire welcomed the Chaîne members and their VIP guests to the hotel. Among attendees were the USA, Belgium & Indian Ambassadors to Cairo. The evening commenced with an elegant cocktail reception at the hotel's Tea Garden uniting international culinary experts and professionals with their distinguished guests.
The event took a Royal theme beginning from the one royal table for all 150 guests, which was the talk of all members, followed by the event printed menu with the shape of a royal bulletin with the Chaîne Stamp and the hotel executive chef's signature. Bailli d' Honneur of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs in Cairo Karim Henein delivered the event opening address welcoming all members and guests.
The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is an international gastronomic society dedicated to bringing together both professional and non-professional members worldwide, who appreciate and share a mutual interest in cuisine, wine and fine dining.
