Each participating business unit presented its efforts in regards to utilizing customers' feedback and suggestions in the product development phase to become an integral element towards achieving customer delight.
During this year's event, Mr. Elia Nuqul, Chairman of Nuqul Group, thanked the participating teams and expressed his pride to have such active companies amongst the Group. Mr. Nuqul also stressed on the importance of taking customers ideas and concerns into consideration throughout the product development cycle.
The total quality management team concluded the event by awarding three of the Group's companies for achieving the highest scores in the customer delight survey. The winning companies (in order) were: FINE Hygienic Paper Company, Perfect Printing Press and Nuqul Tissue.
Dr. Tareq Abughazaleh, Nuqul Group's Corporate TQM Manager said:
"The customer delight element is vital and contributes to the success of the Group. We are highly committed to drive best practices forward to further engage our loyal customers in the business development and eventually improve our performance."
