The officials were also given a tour of the prominent departments including the main Commercial Services Department where most of the members and customers go to obtain certificates of origin and other important documents essential for their business activities, the Control Center where they were shown the salient features of the building automation programme as well as the Contact Center operations carried out on a day-to-day basis.
Said Omar Khan,
"This visit paves the way for many more in the future as it is seen as a good means of exchanging experiences and expertise with officials of the Al Ain Municipality which came as part of the overall cooperation between various Governments departments offering services to nationals and residents alike."

organization. The visitors were very impressed with the state-of-the-art facilities available at Dubai Chamber especially the Customer Services Department that handles a large number of Dubai Chamber members and clients and their queries," said Khan.
