"While most companies tend to look at community outreach and corporate social responsibility as a requirement to remain competitive in today's market, we view them as essential building blocks of our business and a fundamental part of our mission and vision. We hope to create a sense of partnership through these activities with the communities in which we operate, and hope that our efforts help brighten the days of these children and others in the community,"said Philip Dominic, Country Manager, RSA Bahrain.
The first ever Middle East Volunteer Week was well received by both RSA employees and the Bahrain community. In addition to the special outings for the Isa Town Elderly Home and Manama Children's Home, RSA employees donated blood at the BDF Hospital and also collected donations from clients and customers, visitors and the employees themselves to the tune of BD 150 which will be put towards further community outreach programs in the future.
