Through Nuqul Group's support, the program will be implemented and for the first time in Al Koura district, where ten candidates will receive intensive training on delivery services over the period of two months giving them the needed skills to enter the labor market. This partnership also offers beneficiaries suitable work opportunities securing career advancement.

Tkiyet Um Ali is a non-governmental organization and a first initiative of its kind in Jordan and the Middle East to fight hunger and provide food security to the poor. Initiated, and chaired by HRH Princess Haya Bin Al-Hussein in memory of Her late mother Queen Alia Al-Hussein (Um Ali), the Tkiyet is inspired by the concept of providing aid for the poor and strives to fight hunger through providing daily meals for the poor and hungry, delivering food supplies on a monthly basis to poor families across the Kingdom as well as train and rehabilitate them in different fields in an attempt to empower them and provide incomes to support themselves.
