The Executive Health and Wellness module likewise aims to cultivate a sense of achievement and enjoyment among the participants - key concepts that the Elite Program Department believes are at the core of an effective and successful work-life balance.

The Elite Program targets talented young professionals in the 21-25 age bracket who have a bachelor's degree from a recognised university, proven academic excellence, strong leadership potential, working knowledge in both Arabic and English, basic computer skills, and a genuine dedication and commitment to the region's human and socioeconomic progress.
The Elite Program has been established in line with the vision and directions of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai; aiming to develop national leaders capable of promoting the sustainable development of the UAE.
