Enoc launches employee engagement study for enhanced business performance and productivity
- United Arab Emirates: Monday, December 15 - 2008 at 12:08
- PRESS RELEASE
In keeping with its corporate objective to become the employer of choice, Enoc launched its second large scale study of employee engagement aimed at creating an environment where staff feels driven to achieve excellence in business performance.
Saeed Abdullah Khoory, Enoc Group Chief Executive said, "At Enoc, it has been our endeavour to build a performance culture and an employee-friendly workplace. Employees are one of our most valued assets and we are confident that the Employee Engagement Study will further add to this strength and contribute to our overall productivity."
"The fundamentals of employee engagement differ from the more widely known 'satisfaction' surveys and require a greater focus on strategy, process and commitment. This mechanism is one of the many measures we want to use to assist us in our long-term strategy for change and so the focus is now on sustainable growth and development," he added.
Supported by The Gallup Organisation, Enoc will be utilising the analysis from the study to derive action plans that will focus on development, recognition, performance, strategy and leadership.
12 Enoc subsidiaries including Enoc Processing Company LLC (EPCL), Enoc Supply and Trading LLC (ESTC), Enoc International Sales (EISL), Emirates Gas, Enoc Properties, Global Technology Services (GTS), Horizon Terminals, Horizon Jebel Ali Terminals, Eppco, Eppco Aviation, Eppco Lubricants, Eppco International and Dubai Natural Gas Co. Ltd. (DUGAS) participated in the study.
