Hamptons opens flagship sales office in Abu Dhabi with extensive new property portfolio

The flagship office follows the opening of the company's first Abu Dhabi office in May.

To showcase an extensive portfolio of new properties, especially based in Abu Dhabi, the Hamptons flagship office will offer the entire spectrum of property services including residential and commercial sales and leasing, property management, valuations & research services, mortgage services and global investments & asset management.

Mr Nasser Abdul Rahman Rafi, Managing Director, Hamptons International - Middle East, said: "Abu Dhabi, with a strong roster of up and coming projects, is consolidating its strength in the property development sector. There is growing demand for residential and commercial property in the Emirate. Recent research by Hamptons on the property sector of the Emirate found that long-term prospects are healthy, and demand for property will continue to outstrip supply as Abu Dhabi emerges as a major business hub in the region."
