Audi releases S5 for Middle East

Following months of secret hot weather testing Audi Middle East has now announced the release of the Audi S5 to the Middle East region.

The company had recently launched its latest hot product, the Audi A5, and customers were eagerly awaiting the high powered version of the grand touring coupe.

Figures only hint at the exhilarating driving experience the S5 offers: the latest generation of eight-cylinder engine delivers 260 kW (354 bhp) with a maximum torque is 440 Nm propels the Audi S5 to 100 km/h in just 5.1 seconds. With its quattro permanent four-wheel drive, the six-speed S tronic gearbox, the S sports suspension for extremely dynamic handling, and its heavy-duty brakes, the Audi S5 is well equipped to compete among high-performance sports cars and make the occasional outing onto the race track.

The two-door four-seater convinces with the beauty of the A5 design, but adds ruggedness through sport elements on the interior and exterior. Despite its bite, the S5 maintains the character of a spacious grand touring sports car with four full-size seats, a generous luggage compartment and a wide range of luxury-class comfort features.

The current Middle East model range comprises the A3, A3 Sportback, A4 Saloon and Cabriolet, the A5, A6 and S6, TT Coupe and Roadster, the A8, S8, the Q7 and the R8.
