Dubai Contracting Company receives 'Construction Company of the Year 2008' award

Dubai Contracting Company (DCC) received the "Construction Company of the Year 2008" award at the Arabian Business Achievement Awards 2008 gala ceremony held at the Atlantis hotel yesterday evening.

The award was received by DCC's CEO Mr. Abdallah Yabroudi, who attended the awards dinner with executives and senior managers from the company.

"We are very proud of this award. It is a testament to our continuous commitment to quality, and the hard work of all our employees. Our company mission has always been to provide quality focused construction services on all our projects, and receiving such an award helps solidify DCC as a leader in this effort."

commented Mr. Abdallah Yabroudi after receiving the award.

DCC is a Middle Eastern contracting company founded in 1962 and headquartered in Dubai.

The Company offers a wide range of contracting services focused on low, medium and high-rise buildings as well as hospitality complexes.

The Company's completed projects portfolio includes UAE landmarks such as the World Trade Center Residences, the headquarters of Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank and the Capricorn Tower.

DCC projects in progress include the Rolex Tower and the Fairmont Hotel and Resort the Palm Jumeirah.
