Al Ain Municipality delegation visits DM

A delegation from Al Ain Municipality visited the Corporate Excellence Department in Dubai Municipality recently.
Eng. Maryam Al Hammadi, Director of Corporate Excellence Department said the delegation was briefed on Dubai's experience in the field of automation of the follow up of performance index as well as its basics and objectives of applying automation in its process.
The Al Ain Municipality delegation included Abdullah Al Darmaki, Head of Studies and Research Section and AbdulAziz Al Balooshi, Acting Head of Strategic Planning Section.
The delegation was received by Eng. Maryam Al Hammadi and Hessa Al Ghaffari, Acting Head of Performance Management Section.
Al Ghaffari explained the delegation about the basics, objectives and steps of the system followed in Dubai Municipality for managing performance index as these indexes and follow up of its standard have been put in place to monitor the dimensions of progress and enhancement of strong fields to ensure constant development.
Al Ghaffari also explained the features of the software to automate the strategic and work performance follow up process used in the organizational units of the Municipality as part of the Dubai Government strategy of transformation to e-government.
She also answered the questions from the delegation members regarding the success of the programme as well as its advantages, in addition to the spreading of performance management culture at all levels.
