Burgan Bank holds second Townhall meeting for 2008

Burgan Bank held its second Townhall Meeting for the year 2008 recently at the Convention Center at Shuwaikh Free Trade Zone.

Attended by close to 700 Burgan Bank employees across its wide network of offices and branches, the Meeting featured interactive activities as well as a presentation by Burgan Bank CEO Jonathan Lyon on the success of the Bank over the year and its goals for 2009.

"Keeping our employees regularly informed about our progress is an important part of our internal communications process. It reiterates our sense of belonging to the Burgan family, and allows us to share a common vision and work together," explains Jonathan Lyon.

"We live in times of global financial challenges, and as one of the most dynamic banking institutions in Kuwait, our employees - as always - will play an important role in continuing to give our customers an enhanced banking experience."
