Gefinor Rotana Beirut first hotel in Lebanon to be awarded

HACCP includes Hazard Analysis identifying critical control points, establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, record keeping and documentation.

The food system at Gefinor Rotana hotel is based on HACCP principles, starting from visiting local suppliers, the receiving and storing of raw materials, till the preparation and serving of finished products.

The system guarantees food safety by identifying and controlling potential food hazards. This certification recognizes the hotel's numerous efforts to ensure the highest level of quality and safety for the guests, "It is a big achievement in a short time frame," declared the auditors of the certification body, Bureau Veritas.

This is indeed a tremendous achievement for our HACCP team members, the hotel management and all food handlers.
