Construction is expected to begin by the end of 2009 and will take approximately three years.

The Freshfields team was led by Harnek Shoker and included associate Carlo Calabrese and legal assistant Dina Nassif.
In August this year Freshfields represented the Government on its third and largest $2bn Al Dur Independent Water and Power Project in Bahrain consisting of 1,234 MW power facility and a 48 MIGD desalination facility.
