Mindscape partners with Ascent Computing Group to provide Voice/IVR solutions

Under the terms of the agreement, Mindscape and Ascent have agreed to jointly develop and redistribute Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solutions based on Ascent's open standards-based AscenTel voice application platform in the GCC region.

Mindscape is a leading vendor engaged in the development and marketing of enterprise and banking/financial software for companies in GCC, EMEA and Asia-Pacific region. Mindscape is headquartered in Dubai, UAE.

Mindscape currently supports all the IT needs of Mashreqbank, the largest private bank in the U.A.E, including a state-of-the-art fully automated customer call center with more than 100 agent positions serving Mashreqbank's retail and corporate customers. Mindscape will upgrade Mashreqbank's existing IVR technology with solutions based on the AscenTel voice application platform.
