Viva releases series of new offers

At a conference, the first after the launch of commercial operation, Viva CEO Najeeb Al-Awadi, said that Viva would be releasing yet another series of surprise offers, stressing that Viva wanted to thank customers for their trust.

He added that this trust manifested itself clearly in the 50% shareholding subscription, which was 3.4 times greater than anticipated, and also through the response to the "Number Booking Campaign" where more than 500,000 customers committed to joining Viva, enabling the company to start with a large customer base -- the largest among similar companies around he world.

Al-Awadi also said that Viva entered the Kuwaiti market with a unique package of long-awaited services, such as free incoming calls, discounted international rates through its international friend offering, and many others which the public received joyfully and which further boosted company credibility with its customers.

Al-Awadi said that to thank customers for the trust they had placed in Viva, the company was launching special offers which would make its "Value" and "Monthly" packages even more attractive.

Customers who selected the postpaid "Monthly" package, would enjoy 5 months free of subscription fees.

He stated that this offer would be extend to those customers who had already purchased their lines.

Al-Awadi, said that Viva would continue to present new and unique services, offers and products to meet its customers aspirations and rise to their expectations.

He encouraged customers to join before January 10th to benefit from the special offers.
