ADIC MENA Partners also announced that the acquisition of OrasInvest from Orascom Telecom Holding SAE had closed as planned with the payment of the first tranche of $90m.
OrasInvest, a telecommunications support company focusing on mobile telecommunication tower construction as well as other corporate services such as inventory management, packaging, delivery and collection, is headquartered in Cairo, Egypt and has operations in seven countries - Egypt, Algeria, Tunisia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. OrasInvest is expected to end 2008 with revenues in excess of $175m.
