Doha Bank to increase its capital

Doha Bank shareholders have agreed to increase the bank's capital by issuing new shares up to 20% percent of the capital, to be owned by Qatar Investment Authority. The increase will be implemented in two phases and the board of directors were authorised to decide the date, terms and conditions of the issue of new shares.
