The Crowne Plaza Muscat is offering several alternatives for the holiday season: genuine regional Italian; classic Persian; al fresco dining; or simply a festive buffet. Whatever the choice, guests will be sure to mark the festive season and the New Year in style.
The celebrations will commence on Christmas Eve, December 24th, when all outlets, Come Prima, Shiraz, Tropicana, the Edge and Dukes, will be offering traditional quintessential Christmas favourites as well as other delicacies from their sophisticated menus.
On Christmas Day, guests can celebrate in style with an array of specially-prepared dining options at the Edge and Dukes. Tropicana will be rolling out a sensational seasonal lunch buffet where kids can enjoy special entertainment and will be treated to gifts from Santa. Come Prima upholds its gourmet reputation with a selection of superb dishes, featuring Italian specialities of the season.
For New Year's Eve guests can visit Tropicana for the best seafood in Oman, to see out 2008 and to welcome in 2009. Chef Gireesh and his team will be preparing a mouth-watering seafood buffet with live cooking stations and delicious desserts. Shiraz will be offering the classical taste of Persian cuisine with a superb five-course menu. Guests can also experience the magic of Come Prima for Italian fine dining at its best with an authentic Italian five-course dinner menu from Chef Manuelo.
Throughout the festive period, guests will also be able to visit the Gingerbread House in the Qurum Tea Lounge where traditional cookies and Yule logs will be available for sale.
Mr. David Todd, the Crowne Plaza Muscat's General Manager, said:
"This year we would like to provide a very special and happy time for everyone, with good company and good food, to ensure this Christmas endures as one of your most memorable. We hope our guests and visitors will experience laughter, fun and dancing. It is time to put aside all our worries and welcome the year with a new heart."
